Peterson Lawyer Files Change of Venue Motion
The lawyer for Scott Peterson filed a motion Monday seeking to move his upcoming trial for the second time because of concerns about finding a fair jury. . . .[A]s he had signaled earlier this month that he would do, defense attorney Mark Geragos filed a motion to move the case from Redwood City south of San Francisco.
