In October 2002, a state court in Providence, RI ruled that a Catholic high school could not expel a student, Russell Gorman III (w/picture), because of his hair-do. But yesterday, the State Supreme Court disagreed and said it could, according to this article (court's opinion here). (via How Appealing and El Chadder)
