Supreme Court Candidate Was Twice Ruled Incompetent to Stand Trial
A candidate for the Minnesota Supreme Court was ruled incompetent to stand trial twice on charges that she vandalized the Ramsey County Attorney's Office and violated a restraining order. . . .[A] newspaper, citing a police report, said that four years ago Jambois walked into the attorney's office and sprayed in ink across the rug, "This office assists child abusers." Damages were estimated at $8,700.
