A Philadelphia criminal defense lawyer who had been suspended from practicing for a year and a half in the mid-1990s has been arrested after being found naked on Monday with an adolescent in a local Criminal Justice Center conference room. A police department spokesman said Larry Charles was found with a 14-year-old girl who was fully clothed and that his "actions were indicative of a sexual act." Charles has been charged with aggravated statutory sexual assault, among other crimes.
