    Janice Brown: The Next U.S. Supreme Court Justice?

    There's speculation that if Justice Sandra Day O'Connor retires at the end of this term, California Supreme Court Justice Janice Rogers Brown might be nominated to replace her on the U.S. Supreme Court. This article explains why. (Via How Appealing)

    I'm not sure that this would be welcome news to supporters of Roe v. Wade.
