Calif. Lawyer Pleads Guilty to Corruption

A lawyer who allegedly collected bribes as a middleman in a Carson scandal involving the city’s trash-hauling contract pleaded guilty Thursday to corruption charges.

Robert Pryce Jr., 53, became the 10th and last person to plead guilty in the case, which involved other city officials and executives at two garbage companies.
