Dallas law firm Jenkens & Gilchrist PC said it has settled a class action suit brought against it over tax advice it gave to some clients.
According to Shore Deary LLP, the Dallas firm that represented the plaintiffs, Jenkens & Gilchrist and its insurers agreed to pay $75 million in connection with the settlement. The agreement still needs court approval, Shore Deary said.
