BRISTOW, Okla. — Two new charges have been filed against a former Creek County judge who’s accused of using a sexual device during trials.
Prosecutors added a charge of indecent exposure and one count of misuse of a state computer against former Judge Donald Thompson.
Thompson is already charged with three counts of indecent exposure for allegedly using a device called a “penis pump” while presiding over trials.
Thompson is due in court in Bristow Monday morning for a preliminary hearing on the first three charges. His trial on those charges was postponed earlier this month after prosecutors amended the time frame of the alleged exposure.
