Injuries from Rideshare Services: Liability Challenges and Your Rights
The legal framework around ridesharing accidents is constantly evolving, but you have rights as a passenger.
Attorney Alex Mario, daughter of firm founder and president, Carter Mario, was inspired from an early age to continue her family’s legacy of fighting for the injured. Upon graduation from college, Alex worked for four years at Time Warner Cable Corporate in NYC in various roles. Working with people and solving disputes on a corporate level made Alex realize her desire to return to the family law business and help those that needed a fighter in their corner. She obtained her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she earned a spot on their Trial Advocacy team, one of the top programs in the country. While earning her JD, Alex also received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award – an award given for providing over 100 hours of pro bono and community work for Fordham Law’s Mediation Clinic at the small claims court in Manhattan.
