Bennett Nuss is a Project Associate with the National Center for Public Policy Research’s Free Enterprise Project, working to re-establish neutral rules of general applicability in corporate life, free from undue interference by interest groups and overbearing government influence alike.
Prior to joining FEP, Bennett worked as a General Attorney for the Department of Commerce under the Deputy General Counsel for Administration, representing the Department before the MSPB, EEOC, and FSGB. He also served on the Executive Board of the Administrative Law Review as Senior Technology Editor, writing, directing, and co-producing the Review’s podcast companion A Hard Look, in addition to editing the Review’s print edition. He also completed multiple clerkships in private practice, as well as interning for District of Columbia Superior Court, for multiple members of Congress in the House of Representatives, and in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Bennett is a Double Eagle, having earned both his Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts in Government, magna cum laude, from American University. He is also an active member of the District of Columbia Bar Association.
