Esther Bouquet serves as the Free Enterprise Project Associate at the National Center for Public Policy Research. She earned her bachelor’s degree in government from the College of William & Mary and later obtained her law degree from Elon University School of Law. During law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of We the People, Elon Law’s constitutional law journal, and completed her residency-in-practice at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
