Partner at The Family Practice, I'm from Kanturk in Cork. I graduated with a BCL(Hons) from UCC, and an LLM (European and Comparative Law) from UL. I have 16 years of experience at the face of the court system, and have been a court advocate appearing in courts and tribunals of all descriptions for all of those. I have also tutored students in the Law Society on criminal law and the courts system. My wide experience has given me a hands-on knowledge of the courts system, and of the practical and real-world application of the Law. As a result, we always know what’s possible, what’s not and what the realities are of what clients can expect, and bring this to bear to ensure the best outcomes possible.
