Judson Burton joined Parker & McConkie's litigation team in 2023. He represents clients who have been harmed by others’ careless and wrongful actions. His advocacy secures successful resolutions in all types of personal injury cases, including those involving catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, and wrongful deaths, as well as injuries stemming from defective products, industrial accidents, trucking accidents, governmental liability, automobile accidents, falls, and dog bites. He has argued successfully before mediators, arbitrators, district courts, the Utah Court of Appeals, and the Utah Supreme Court. He graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 2015.

In Tiede v. State, the Utah Supreme Court concluded that there was no right of action for wrongful death against a governmental entity at the time of statehood. This conclusion was not based on a complete survey of the law in 1896.
