“The tone and content of Newsom’s complaint and his conduct underscore that the purpose of this lawsuit is to create a press spectacle and harass Fox News, not to remedy any legitimate reputational harm,” attorneys for Fox wrote in the filing.
“These changes have been touted by Defendants as precisely what was intended by their unlawful and disingenuous targeting: the end of healthcare for transgender individuals under 19,” the complaint reads.
“We all know the Commission is not allowed to change the rules after the drawing. The lawsuit claims that, among other infringements, Zillow repeatedly used CoStar-owned images, some of which were subsequently sold to competitors including Realtor.com and Redfin.
