Trey Barton Law was opened in February of 2020 for the sole purpose of helping individuals who have been injured by the negligence of others. We are a litigation and trial personal injury law firm that fights hard to get our clients the best results possible under the law. We pursue claims against automobile and liability insurance policies. We handle automobile wrecks, 18 wheeler wrecks, premises liability claims, oil and gas personal injury matters, explosions, flash fires, workplace injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and many others. The firm started with Trey Barton as a solo practitioner and has blossomed into multiple attorneys and legal assistants over the years. The staff is made up of attorneys and legal assistants with diverse backgrounds, but all with the goal of providing excellent representation to clients.
