WEIR has been operating since 2015 when 5 experts in their fields led by respected barrister Elaine Brus came together to set up a business that would meet the needs of employers facing the difficult and time-consuming task of dealing with employee misconduct, complaints, and conflict. Over time, our range of services has grown as our client base has come to recognise the depth and value of our expertise. We are trusted by all levels of government as well as the private sector to handle sensitive matters confidentially and expertly. We have consultants and locations on the east coast of Australia but work with clients nationally. Our consultants have conducted investigations which require special levels of security clearance and clearances to work with children or vulnerable persons. We have conflict resolution consultants with mediation accreditation and coaching qualifications.
