Let’s face it: we beat up our health all the time. We skip out on meals, replace fruits with greasy food, can barely make time for working out, and the list goes on. It is no surprise then that vitamins seem to belong only to a nutritionist’s handbook. There are two types of vitamins: fat-soluble which include A, D, E, K, and water-soluble which include B (there are 8 types of these) and C. Each of these plays an individual role while working in collaboration with others to ensure the smooth functioning of the body, without us even realizing it.

And we can’t live without any of them. For instance, maybe you are stocking up on all of these vitamins except for D. Your muscles will start flaring up in pain, signaling that something is missing.
