Former international corporate counsel brings more than three decades of legal experience spanning complex family law, business and cross-border matters.
SAN FRANCISCO – Fenchel Family Law, PC, recognized by the San Francisco Business Times as one of the Bay Area’s fastest-growing, women-owned family law firms, adds veteran litigator Evelyn M. Rodriguez as a Senior Attorney. The addition deepens the firm’s bench for complex, high-stakes family law matters involving substantial assets, business interests and cross-border issues.
Rodriguez joins Fenchel during a period of significant growth for the firm, which has expanded from a solo practice founded by Valerie Fenchel in 2017 to an eight-attorney team serving clients throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Rodriguez brings more than 30 years of legal experience, including more than two decades in family law and an earlier career as international corporate counsel. Her combined background gives her a distinctive perspective on matters involving privately held businesses, executive compensation, family wealth and cross-border and immigration-related disputes.

Before focusing her practice on family law, Rodriguez served as international general counsel for affiliated companies operating in more than 12 countries and held corporate counsel roles in Venezuela, advising on commercial transactions, acquisitions, corporate governance and international operations. She later built a family law and immigration practice in California before serving in senior litigation and leadership roles at Silicon Valley Law Offices.
