Danijela Obradovic is one of the founding partners at Roberts & Obradovic Law. Danijela works with clients who want clear answers and honest guidance. She explains legal issues in plain language, sets realistic expectations, and helps clients understand their leverage before taking action. Her goal is to put clients in a position to make informed decisions, whether that leads to negotiation or litigation. Danijela holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, earning Dean’s Honours List recognition at both institutions. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and has practiced exclusively in employment law since that time, representing employees across a wide range of industries and seniority levels.
