Baylor Sues Boston University Over “Interlocking BU” Logo

The lawsuit alleges that Zelle became a “hub for fraudulent activity” because its registration process omitted key verification steps yet failed to take meaningful action to curb the growth of unlawful transactions.

In his initial filing, Starbuck—an outspoken critic of DEI initiatives—said that a Meta chatbot, Meta AI, had falsely accused him of being a “White nationalist.”
“The Defendant Schools have mutually agreed not to compete for students accepted through Early Decision, which both raises prices for tuition and other services and entrenches a system widely acknowledged to be unfair and harmful,” the lawsuit alleges.
“Texas Republicans have never been more desperate,” Texas state Rep. John Bucy III said in a statement. “First they put warrants out for our arrest, then they told their supporters to ‘hunt us down,’ and now they’re trying to remove me from elected office.”
“The court is not convinced that Congress vested in the agency any discretion to reallocate funds from the BRIC account,” the Boston-based judge wrote.
“The tone and content of Newsom’s complaint and his conduct underscore that the purpose of this lawsuit is to create a press spectacle and harass Fox News, not to remedy any legitimate reputational harm,” attorneys for Fox wrote in the filing.
