Lawsuit: California Gov. Gavin Newsom Claims Trump Lacks Authority to Impose Tariffs

The lawsuit alleges that Donald Trump defamed the Central Park Five by making derogatory and misleading statements during his 2024 presidential election campaign.
“Elon’s nonstop actions against us are just bad-faith tactics to slow down OpenAI and seize control of the leading AI innovations for his personal benefit,” OpenAI said in a statement released Wednesday. “Today, we countersued to stop him.”
